The original invoice is required for every exchange.

Tobacco products

Vapes, cigars, heated tobacco, and similar products:

• Exchange is available within 24 hours from purchase time only.
• Products must be unused and in excellent condition.
• Opened, damaged, or improperly used items cannot be exchanged.
• The original invoice is required.

Non-tobacco products

Hookahs, accessories, lighters, and similar products:

• Exchange is available within 3 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• Packaging and accessories must be complete.
• The original invoice is required.

Kindly note

• No cash refunds are available.
• All exchange requests are subject to management approval.
• Without the original invoice, an exchange is not possible.
